San Bernardino Symphony seeking volunteer musicians and artists

Written by
Musician / Artist Opportunity

Volunteer musicians/artists are needed for a new program designed to bring the arts into downtown San Bernardino. "Music at the Courthouse" will connect local artists with the public the first Thursday of each month from Noon to 1 p.m.
The County Courts will provide shade and audience chairs at the new 11-story court house building on Arrowhead Avenue... you need only choose a date, arrive at 11:30 to set up, then provide an engaging arts experience for the crowd. In keeping with the initiative's name, music is the goal, however musicians may partner with other arts media providers to enhance the experience. We are hoping to grow this into a regular event and grant applications are in place for possible future funding. At this point, the opportunity is strictly volunteer work, but it is an important platform for getting your name and face into the community. If you are interested in participating, please send your name, contact information, and a description of your proposed program to San bernardino Symphony Executive Director Dr. Anne L. Viricel at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Musicians/artists with a website inclusive of demonstrations of their work will be given priority.
