Loretha Nwosu, Board Member

Employed by the City of Ontario, Loretha graduated from Argosy University and holds a BA in Psychology and a MA in Human Resources Management. She worked in the private sector for a number of years as a Regional Human Resources Manager. Loretha was also employed by the City of Rancho Cucamonga as an Administrative Assistant
 
While in the private sector environment, Loretha created a curriculum for “Being a Supervisor” and taught the classes throughout the Western Region. The class become part of the standard contract for securing business.  She also led classes in Sexual Harassment and conducted investigations generated by complaints.
 
Loretha has dedicated many hours of volunteer service to her community that include feeding the homeless, coordinator for West Covina Football League, volunteer for the Mt. San Antonio Cheer Program, Board Member and Assistant to the Pastor of Highland Avenue Nazarene Church, West Covina, Event Planner for Community Church of the Nazarene in Rancho Cucamonga, and volunteer for the Lewis Family Playhouse in Rancho Cucamonga. She currently resides in the City of Chino.
