Assist individuals with the development of their artistic, vocational, social and community-navigation skills toward their individually chosen Art career goals.
Ability to effectively guide clients in professional arts vocational training directly in the studio, through remote online communications and at vocational sites. Excellent teaching skills for 2D,
3D art production and Art Career Mentoring. Effective in guiding students in handling a variety
of art materials and to master art skills and techniques. Ability to maintain safety program and strong organization of studio area, storage of artworks, and ordering/storing supplies. Excellent public transportation access and community safety skills. Excellent team support and customer service skills. Ability to effectively record data and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. MFA, BFA, BA degree in the field of Art preferred in this order, in addition to experience providing training/instruction to adults with developmental disabilities and current certification in CPR/First Aid. Additional requirements included working knowledge of task analysis and positive support techniques.
