Opened in 1911, the old depot was originally a Harvey House known as the “Casa del Desierto”; today it houses various museums, a visitors center and city offices.

Visit the Mojave River Trail in downtown Victorville to check out the permanent fruit tree park that artist collective Fallen Fruit and Arts Connection helped plant. With the support and partnership of many local community members and organizations, including R.O.O.T, and the City of Victorville, this orchard of 12 fruit trees will be stewarded by local volunteers and provide fruit annually to local residents.
