The Arts Project Coordinator is under the supervision of the Director of Arts and supports the dynamic Careers in the Arts program of Tierra del Sol which serves over 130 artists. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the management of artwork portfolios, art inventories and art storage, supporting teams for art events and art exhibitions, assisting with arts communications and coordinating art sales and shipping.
This position focuses strongly on transitioning data to Artlogic inventory database system and managing regular inventory documentation, data updates and creating reports. Requires strong skills in using Artlogic or like systems, and strong digital photography skills for documenting 2D and 3D artworks. Work will be conducted at Tierra’s multiple studio sites, event sites and gallery locations. Experience with Arts Management and degree of MFA, MA, BFA, BA in Arts Management or Fine Arts preferred.
This is a 35-40 hour per week position. For this position, staff will have a 30 minute unpaid lunch. These hours and duties are subject to change.
