Competencies: QuickBooks or/and general bookkeeping. Mac computers. Flexibility. Collaboration. Microsoft Word and Excel. General office and organizational capacities. Strong writing and speaking skills.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: Operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift files, open cabinets, work with Administrative Assistant to set up and transport event materials, carry/remove materials to/from storage facilities, and bend or stand as necessary during event management.
Hours of Work: Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30PM to 4PM. Weekend and evening work will be required to support Museum events.
Work Site: 2024 Orange Tree Lane, Redlands Travel Travel throughout the County may be required occasionally, as authorized by the Executive Director.
Required Education and Experience: Associate’s degree or bookkeeping certificate from an accredited institution. Two years of administrative experience.
Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree 1 year of QuickBooks or bookkeeping and grant oversight experience.
