Inland Empire arty types and feministas who were not in attendance Wednesday night in the Chaffey College Theater missed a powerful and inspiring lecture given by one of the original members of the art collective, the Guerrilla Girls: the self-proclaimed “conscience of the art world,” dedicated to “re-inventing the ‘f’ word: feminism.”  The prismatic message of The Guerrilla Girls’ art was reflected in the diverse coalition who worked to bring the event to Rancho Cucamonga: from arts groups like (u)ntitled, The Chaffey Review, and the Wignall Museum; to the feminist student group CC Fem; to the broader Associated Students of Chaffey College (ASCC).
