Stephanie MacLean is the Marketing, Membership and Collections Coordinator at the Robert and Frances Fullerton Museum of Art (RAFFMA), located on the California State University-San Bernardino campus. In her current position, Ms. MacLean works with museum patrons from the campus community and surrounding San Bernardino areas, transforming visitors into lifelong supporters of the arts.
Ms. Maclean utilizes a creative mix of social media and grassroots efforts to increase the museum’s reach within the surrounding community. Through a targeted campaign both online and in the museum, she was able to nearly double museum membership, increase annual museum visitors, and improve engagement across all social platforms. Ms. MacLean also serves on the planning committee for the Arts & Music Festival at CSUSB, which aims to build a sense of community through the arts. For her work on the festival, she received the President’s Team Achievement Award in 2013.
Ms. MacLean is a graduate of Cal State San Bernardino, having earned a B.A. in Art History with a minor in Glass Art. Prior to her position at RAFFMA, she also served as program assistant at Arts Connection, the Arts Council of San Bernardino County. She is a member of the American Alliance of Museums, the Glass Art Society and Arts Connection, the Arts Council of San Bernardino County.
